Un buen día Jan Arnold, cofundador de los pintauñas CND creó las uñas peludas como la última tendencia de moda que debutaron en el show Libertine otoño/invierno 2016.

Dice su creador: "El efecto de uñas peludas se consigue pintando las uñas con Vinylux Weekly Polish en los colores “rubble” y “cream puff”. Luego se adhiere pelaje falso color marrón o blanco a cada uña con Super Shiney High gloss Top coat".
